Standard delivery is free for orders above BDT 50,000 (online orders only). For orders below this amount, applicable delivery charges will be added.

For deliveries outside Dhaka, shipping charges vary depending on the location. Please contact your sales representative for the exact delivery cost.

Delivery within Dhaka takes 10 - 15 days. For other cities in Bangladesh, delivery takes 2- 3 weeks. Large furniture items may require additional time for assembly and delivery.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup. You can also contact customer service for assistance.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll process a bank transfer.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
