RETURN POLICY

Cancellation and Refund

Customers can cancel an order within 3 days from the order date and get a full refund. Any cancellation after 3 days will be subject to a 100% charge of the invoice value. Cancellation of the order after delivery is not allowed. For reasons beyond our control, Onno may cancel your order. In such cases, Onno will refund the customer in full.

Exchange of product: No exchange of product is allowed.


Return/Replacement

Return/ Replacement warranty may not apply in any of the following conditions:

  1. Damaged due to misuse/mishandling of the product.
  2. Incidental damage due to the malfunctioning of the product.
  3. If any modification has been done with the actual product.
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
  5. Damaged by a wet floor /wall or the pouring of liquid.
  6. Any damage/defect that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
