We may also use your personal data to measure how satisfied our customers are and provide customer service (including troubleshooting in connection with purchases or your requests for services or when you ask us questions on social media). We always keep your personal information confidential.

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to, or accidental loss of, or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the site, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers.
Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Please make sure that your login details, password, and all your other account details remain confidential at all times. If you know or suspect that the security of your account is at risk, you should contact us.
Cancellation and Refund
Customers can cancel an order within 3 days from the order date and get a full refund. Any cancellation after 3 days will be subject to a 100% charge of the invoice value. Cancellation of the order after delivery is not allowed. For reasons beyond our control, Onno may cancel your order. In such cases, Onno will refund the customer in full.
Exchange of product: No exchange of product is allowed.
Return/Replacement warranty may not apply in any of the following conditions:
- Damaged due to misuse of the product.
- Incidental damage due to the malfunctioning of the product.
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
- Damaged by a wet floor/wall or the pouring of liquid.
- Any damage/defect that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
